At the outset of the loan application, three friends uniting to invest in an Australian property with the goal of solidifying their financial future. Nonetheless, challenges emerged during the application due to the trio's heavily leveraged financial standing. Our client was working as a freelance Digital Marketer at the time of the loan application.
